Allwin21 provides comprehensive hardware and software upgrades for legacy AG Associates Heatpulse 610, 410, 310, and MPT 600/800S/XP Rapid Thermal Processing (RTP) systems. The upgrade replaces obsolete electronics, controls, and computer hardware with modern AccuThermo technology while retaining the original process chamber assembly.
Computer and Software Upgrade
The upgrade includes a new Pentium®-class computer board, a 17-inch LCD monitor, and Allwin21’s proprietary AW Software package. The software features a user-friendly graphical user interface (GUI) with advanced temperature control and real-time graphical plots, enhanced pyrometer calibration, process data review, system diagnostics, and built-in online help.
Hardware and Control System Upgrade
The original system chassis is replaced with a new AccuThermo chassis featuring integrated wiring, cooling fans, and a power contactor. All obsolete printed circuit boards (PCBs) are replaced with new control electronics. The upgraded system includes a six-gas-line configuration with one 10 SLM N2 mass flow controller (MFC).
Process Chamber Transfer and System Testing
The original process chamber assembly is carefully transferred into the new chassis, preserving the existing chamber configuration. After integration, Allwin21 performs comprehensive system testing, including temperature control, gas flow, safety interlocks, and overall system operation, to verify proper functionality and reliable performance before shipment.
